Cecilia Velazquez has won a 2200$ Prize from the Mexican government for the worst example of pointless red tape. Every 2 weeks she needs a prescription refill for her sick son. And to get it she has to obtain 7 bureaucrats signatures. It takes at least 4 days each time. Still want the government to manage your health care?
